In addition to indoor exhibits, the show will also make use of the venue’s surrounding areas for live action demonstrations and motorcycle test rides.
The burgeoning adventure bike category is 1 expected to draw lots of interest and enquiry at the 2011 Sydney Motorcycle and Scooter Show, 25-27 November in the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre.
BMW, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki and Ducati are just some of the other brands offering an adventure bike option to enthusiasts, with a full line-up of new models ready for show in Sydney. Visitors can also check out exhibitors offering the full adventure experience, such as Aussie-based motorcycle touring company Compass Expeditions. Its Patagonia Explorer tour was recently named in National Geographic’s ‘Top 50 tours of a lifetime’, and was the only motorcycle tour company in the world to make the list. As well as leading tours at home, it offers touring options through South America, South Africa, Eastern Europe, Turkey and Cambodia, and its customer-oriented focus has made it a favourite with riders of all ages and experience levels.
Sydney’s iconic landmarks will line the Darling Harbour backdrop of a spectacular series of two-wheel stunt shows at the Sydney Motorcycle and Scooter Show on November 25-27. The open-air Action Arena in the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre will feature up to four daily performances from Australia’s most-acclaimed freestyle motocross, stunt bike, mini bike, and trials bike riders.

The 2011 Sydney Motorcycle and Scooter Show might be held in Halls 1 – 3 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre from Friday 25 – Sunday 27 November 2011.
The Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre is only a 20 minute drive from Sydney’s international airport. The Centre can be accessed by monorail, lightrail, road or sea, with lightrail and monorail stations right outside the main doors of the venue. Ferries and water taxis also provide a memorable journey between the Centre and the city’s many harbourside attractions.
